Olivia has a keen interest in financial and ‘left of field’ family law issues, particularly those involving financial agreements or paternity/parentage issues. She believes there is no ‘one size fits all’ approach to resolving family law matters – as a result, she is skilled in identifying the needs of each individual client and tailoring her approach accordingly. She was recently voted a “Family Law Rising Star” by Doyles Guide.
Olivia was admitted to the Supreme Court of Queensland and High Court of Australia in April 2015. She completed, as part of her Masters Degree, a research paper on ‘pre-nuptial’ style financial agreements. In recognition of her achievements throughout her post-graduate studies, Olivia was admitted as a Graduate Fellow of the College of Law in May 2018.
She works closely with Personal Assistant, Sarah Radin.
I would like to thank Damira and Olivia for helping me out during the proceedings, please pass my message to them – I would have been lost without their support.
I have been with Mitchell Jones Lawyers for the past 12 months. I have been mainly dealing with Olivia Jennar-Bryant who has been my backbone all the way through my divorce settlement. She has been very professional, considerate and thoughtful all the way through. Olivia is extremely knowledgeable and professional in many ways. I was at ease at all times knowing that Olivia was there for me at all times. I highly recommended Jones Mitchell Lawyers. – Nicole
