Olivia believes there is no ‘one size fits all’ approach to resolving family law matters. She is skilled in identifying the needs of each individual client and tailoring her approach accordingly.
Olivia commenced at Jones Mitchell Family Lawyers in January 2014 as part of Bond University’s Family Law Legal Practice Clinic. Olivia graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from Bond University in 2014 and undertook her practical legal training at Jones Mitchell Lawyers shortly after. Olivia was admitted to the Supreme Court of Queensland and High Court of Australia in April 2015 and went on to complete a Masters of Applied Law (Family Law) at the College of Law in May 2018. Olivia completed, as part of her Masters Degree, a research paper on ‘pre-nuptial’ style financial agreements. In recognition of her achievements throughout her post-graduate studies, Olivia was admitted as a Graduate Fellow of the College of Law in May 2018. She has developed a keen interest in financial and ‘left of field’ family law issues, particularly those involving financial agreements or paternity/parentage issues.
She works closely with Personal Assistant, Kiera Matthews.
