Damira enjoys the variety of specialising in complex property and parenting family law matters and the scope within Collaborative Law to tailor solutions for clients. When necessary, Damira happily applies her extensive litigation skills and experience in Court to advocate for her clients desired outcome. Damira has a particular interest in resolving international cases, and formalising financial agreements involving assets in different jurisdictions, whether interstate or overseas. Damira speaks Bosnian, Croatian and Serbian and where helpful, is happy to provide assistance to the firm’s clients with those language requirements. Damira graduated from Queensland University of Technology with a Bachelor of Laws and was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia in 2003.
