Our People

The most valuable resource at Jones Mitchell Lawyers is the people - a dedicated, caring and professional team who provide an integrated legal service. The partners, together with their supportive and understanding staff, have a genuine interest in the law and the needs of each client. They work towards achieving practical solutions for clients in a prompt and cost efficient manner.

The partners have worked in the legal profession for many years. Now practising exclusively in family law, they are recognised professionally as skilful lawyers and are committed to the principle of specialisation. Our senior lawyers are Queensland Law Society Accredited Family Law Specialists. All our lawyers maintain continuing education to ensure that they are completely up-to-date with the current law.

The lawyers also maintain active memberships of key family law and mediation bodies throughout Australia and overseas. They are advocates of alternative dispute resolution and have extensive training and experience in mediation.

Jones Mitchell Lawyers maintains a close association with Bond University, where Warwick Jones is an associate instructor in mediation for the university's Dispute Resolution Centre.
