Olivia strongly believes there is no “one size fits all” approach to resolving family law matters. She is passionate about identifying the needs of each individual client and tailoring her approach accordingly. Olivia works closely with Warwick Jones across all aspects of family law including complex property settlements, parenting matters and divorce. She has a particular interest in cases involving the relocation of a child, both domestic and international.

About Olivia

Olivia first joined Jones Mitchell Lawyers as a work experience student through Bond University’s Family Law Legal Practice Clinic in January 2014. She continued to assist Senior Partner, Rick Jones for the duration of her studies, graduating with a Bachelor of Laws in October 2014. Olivia commenced her Professional Legal Training at Jones Mitchell Lawyers shortly after, where she has remained ever since. Olivia was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland in April 2015 and has continued to work closely with Rick in resolving many complex family law matters. With a strong passion for the area of family law, Olivia will be working towards achieving specialist accreditation in the coming years. She is looking forward to building her career and refining her skills with the guidance of our experienced legal practitioners and partners.
